3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

A 120% welcome bonus is available on the first deposit at cq33, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200; depositing ৳10,000 or more will earn a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, bringing the total balance to ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds must be wagered 20 times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not the original deposit. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means a total of ৳24,000 (1,200 × 20) in wagers must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user is entitled to each offer once only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• cq33 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus misuse or a violation of terms is detected, the bonus may be forfeited.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts may result in the closure of all related accounts.

4.4 VIP Program

The cq33 VIP program has three tiers. Based on regular play, users may be automatically promoted to a higher tier:

• Bronze: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.4%.
• Silver: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.8%.
• Gold: Maximum weekly cashback of 1.2% and priority support service.

VIP benefits are subject to specific conditions, and cq33 reserves the right to change program details at any time.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

5.2 Prohibited Activities

cq33 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempting to defraud the system.
• Suspicious financial transactions.

6.2 Account Closure by the User

6.3 Inactive Accounts
